Carrie Cate-Clements, Director of the Public Sector Team, Cradlepoint

Carrie Cate-Clements, Ed.D., proudly serves as the Director of the Public Sector Team for the western U.S. at Cradlepoint and leads a team of twelve account managers. With her early career roots stemming from the K-12 and higher education arenas, she changed career paths in 2011 to join the technology sales arena specializing in cybersecurity and wireless communications. As she will echo to all, the reason that Cradlepoint is so brilliantly distinctive within the industry is due to our company culture being defined by our executive team's integrity, our global commitment to providing exceptional service and support to customers ("Our customer values drive everything that we do"), and the reliability of our technology/solutions.

Carrie holds a Doctorate in Research and Statistics from Loyola University Chicago, a Master's of Science in Education from Purdue University, and a BS in Science Education from Indiana University at Bloomington and currently resides in Huntington Beach, CA.

Jamie Genematas, Customer Success Manager, Cradlepoint

As a Cradlepoint Customer Success Manager, Jamie works to provide customers with the best possible experience in using our NetCoud Manager software in addition to acting as an advocatefor our customers among the Cradlepoint community. Through customized NetCloud Manager training, proactive communication and thorough research, Jamie strives to ensure her customers get the most from their decision to choose Cradlepoint.

Jamie has more than ten years' experience in customer service, five of those in account management and sales. She holds a BS in Education, as well as an MBA.

Matthew Thueson, Sales Engineer, Cradlepoint

Matthew S. Thueson is an Area Sales Engineer who works with Cradlepoint partners and customers to technically validate and test Cradlepoint solutions to address challenges around digital transformation, evolution of the wireless WAN and to answer Branch, Mobile and IoT customer use cases.

Matthew works works with Cradlepoint sales teams and engineering peers to design solutions to meet complex network challenges using today’s most innovative wireless WAN technologies. His work and expertise within Cradlepoint includes 5G, Private Cellular Networking, IoT and Software Defined Networking.

Matthew is a Cradlepoint Certified Sales Professional and Network Expert, and holds a Business Administration degree in Networking and Telecommunications from Boise State University.
