Research Director, Future of Connectedness IDC Paul Hughes is Research Director for IDC's Future of Connectedness Agenda program and a key member of IDC’s larger Worldwide Telecom Research Team. He is responsible for research related to the future innovation and transformation of how data and connectivity impact people, things, applications, and processes used by enterprises and end users. Within the Future of Connectedness practice, he also publishes thought leadership on how the Connectedness ecosystem – including communications service providers, cloud providers network equipment vendors, IT hardware vendors, software vendors and systems integrators – must develop solutions to meet future technology needs of businesses and consumers. Paul brings over 20 years of experience in telecommunications services, software, and digital transformation research, product marketing and strategy to IDC. Most recently, Paul held the title of Director of Strategy with Netcracker Technology. In this role, Paul was responsible for leading marketing, product strategy, business development, and analyst relations activities for Netcracker’s suite of communications software solutions and services. He was also marketing lead for Netcracker’s Digital BSS, 5G monetization, digital cable transformation, and customer journey/digital experience initiatives. Prior to Netcracker, Paul was Program Director for IDC’s Storage and Data Management Strategies, and Director of Product Marketing for Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management platform.
Robin Manke-Cassidy joined Cradlepoint after holding a variety of roles within Product Management and Marketing in the Mobile, Network and client space. Previously, she spent two decades in Enterprise IT management with roles including access, security, data center server management, development and networking.
